create alias hip_wings -> low_wings
create alias waist_wings -> low_wings
The tag low wings was meant to be used for wings that were positioned lower than shoulder area. Since 99% of these low wings post were either hip wings or waist wings, and that the Japanese tag for this is literally called "hip wings", I think an alias is needed to clarify this.
