no seriously, "what" factor aside, is this: futanari, male futanari, or hermaphrodite? it's has balls for tits, I can't be certain it has female hips, and there is no face either. so tag wise, it might qualify for any of the three. do we need a tag for atypical gender anatomy to cover edge cases like this?
Pretty sure we prevously established things like that shouldn't be tagged futanari, nice to see someone who got temp banned for doing that is still doing it and went back and retagged everything that was fixed.

Not sure if we have a proper tag for a hermaphroditic monstrosity such as those. Though if we don't, we probably should have something to cover creatures and beings that have what appear both sex organs, but at least one of them not in the normal place for normal animals.
Those images though definitely don't fall under your three propose suggestions. They don't have a male form, so they're not male_futanari. While they have a female form, they lack having a penis in the proper spot, so really shouldn't be tagged futanari. As for Hermaphrodite, that is deprecated because of how overly broad the term is.
I've tagged some of those under anatomical nonsense before, but I realize that tag is a bit too broad to be useful to search specifically for this kind of thing.
There's several extremely specific microtags for this stuff, like penis neck, penis head (which until I cleaned it up moments ago was mostly wrong results for dicks poking out of paizuri), and of course we can't forget penis_nipples... Maybe it's worth creating something like misplaced genitals as an umbrella tag to encompass all these freakish pictures?
We already have dickhead so penis head seems redundant.

They're all very small tags but given the extremely specific nature of these fetishes I think it's worth having it, otherwise they're lost in the millions of posts on this site.
We also have foot pussy but it's for feet in the shape of a vagina. I could swear there was a picture of a foot with a literal vagina slapped on top but I can't find it right now, all the more reason to have this tag.
If someone has a better tag name please suggest it.

That's what I was thinking too. I'll probably use those tags too if I see this stuff again.
We have pool #2388 for this as well, although it's underused.
misplaced genitals then might not be the best term, because it makes sense to have a tag including also post #5507303.
