Alias atomic_bomb and nuclear_bomb -> nuclear_weapon

create alias atomic_bomb -> nuclear_weapon
create alias nuclear_bomb -> nuclear_weapon

Divided suggestion from the previous post.

I think the word "atomic bomb" and "nuclear bomb" should be aliased to the main nuclear_weapon tag for the sake of convenience, since it's referred to a form of nuclear weapon.

Neither of those tags has any posts. An implication would not do anything.
