For findability. This is another common name for these toys (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toy_block). Even the wiki for building block says "See toy block."

Building block makes me think more of the stuff that Panelaks are made out of, or cinderblocks.

May want to have it as building_block_(toy). Wikipedia lists the term as ambiguous, and has the page list: Toy blocks, Building blocks (toy), Concrete masonry unit, Building block (chemistry), Components that are part of a larger system, and Building block model (a form of public utility regulation that is common in Australia).

Though will also point out that Wikipedia also does differentiate between toy blocks (all toy blocks for stacking and making things out of) and building blocks (toys) (LEGO and LEGO-like modular blocks with connectors).
