Laurel crowns are, by definition, made of laurels. But laurels are not always used as crowns - see post #5322356 or post #2712546
That said, laurel crowns make up the overwhelming majority of such images, and most posts tagged with laurels are simply laurel crowns without the crown tag. Since laurel crowns make up more than 90% of all such images, an implication is not possible.
