Genshin Alias (temporary)

BUR #11227 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias damselette_(genshin_impact) -> columbina_(genshin_impact)

Basically, new character was released but apparently has two different names. This change could be temporary until the character is playable (possibly, most likely), but this will help keep everything together for the time being.

i added it because someone used the former previously, but ur right. ill just request the right spelling and hope for the best

create alias damslette_(genshin_impact) -> columbina_(genshin_impact)

This spelling is now showing up very high on the list of Missed Searches, so I suggest we create an alias for it.
