alias handbra -> covering_breasts

@tremolo_measure please don't just go and manually nuke a tag right after it's been put into a BUR for aliasing. Many of those posts should be tagged covering breasts but aren't, and now the BUR won't take care of that.

I'm not keen on this alias, anyway, because some posts (formerly) in handbra were covering nipples, not covering breasts. I'm also not convinced it wouldn't be useful to have any kind of way to actually separate out specific ways of covering the breasts, instead of one or both hands or arms all lumped together in one tag.

Even if such granular tagging is useful, handbra is probably not what we would want to name it nor would the images in the existing tag be a good jumping-off point.

I'm not saying that kind of granular tagging wouldn't be useful, just that I agree with this alias and that you're talking about a future project that shouldn't impact this BUR.
