Implication issue

Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but according to the Implication page, "Gundam_00" is supposed to automatically implicate "Gundam", like how Nanoha A's and StrikerS implicate the original series

But its not. I'm slightly confused.

Notice that it's highlighted in green. That means it hasn't been approved yet.

I'm not seeing a green highlight.

Or am I looking in the wrong place?

I've approved them.
