On one hand, I agree that for the most part, taggers seem to be treating these tags as near-synonymous. The overwhelming majority of posts with these tags seem to have the exact same poses.

On the other hand, for the rare posts where the poses aren't the same, the difference can be huge. I'm not exactly thrilled by the idea of seeing hand_between_legs used for poses like those in post #147116 or post #4419572, for instance.

I thought about that for a moment actually...

We should change the BUR to alias arms_between_legs -> arm_between_legs and describe arm between legs as arm reaching through between the legs and the elbow reaches the legs.

Then we'll need to comb through hand between legs to retag if we're keeping these separate and not implicating arm to hand.
