Moving Holding Bow

BUR #10362 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

rename holding_bow -> holding_bow_(ornament)
deprecate holding_bow

The name is too ambiguous (despite the item being named bow), it is quite often used instead of holding bow (weapon) by users who doesn't check the autocomplete.

And yes, I know the name holding bow (ornament) isn't the best but what options do we have?

I've cleaned up the tag, it should be mostly fixed now.
