create alias v_flower_(gynoid_talk) -> flower_(gynoid_talk)
Some directly search for v_flower and will mistake v_flower_(vocaloid4) as the main tag since flower_(vocaloid) doesn't show up.
Edit: added the Talk bank for consistency.

Resolve inconsistency. V Flower is the name of the voicebank, the name of the mascot is just Flower. Posts on Danbooru depict the mascot, not the voicebank.
