Rename yamabuki_school_uniform -> yamabuki_high_school_uniform

Wikipedia, Fandom, et al call Yamabuki school "Yamabuki High School", and AFAIA this seems to be the only school referred to explicitly as having "high school" in their name in which their uniform isn't tagged "x_high_school_uniform" with the exception of GuP which has to differentiate their regular uniform and their Panzer jacket.

...I mean, you should've made this a Bulk Update Request. Plus it can't be renamed, anyway, only tags up to 200 posts can be renamed.
