create alias stoat_ears -> weasel_ears
create alias stoat_tail -> weasel_tail
Getting this out of the way first
"The easiest and most reliable way to tell a stoat (Mustela erminea) from a weasel (Mustela nivalis) is the tail. A stoat's tail is around half the length of its body and ends in a bushy black tip. A weasel's tail is short and stubby by comparison and solely brown in colour."
(from https://www.woodlandtrust.org.uk/blog/2019/02/stoat-or-weasel-how-to-tell-the-difference/)
Whether that's sufficient to have separate tags I don't know.

Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weasel) says "weasel" is an umbrella term for many mustelids, including stoats/ermines, and M. nivalis is technically the least weasel (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Least_weasel). Not that I'm proposing a least weasel tag.
Kind of a sidebar, but are Miyu (Blue Archive)'s non avian critter friends (in e.g. post #5311451, post #5317487, post #5338988, post #5272999) weasels or something in that family? I've seen them tagged as squirrel which seems wrong, weasel once which seems right to me, but they're mostly untagged.

They're definitely some kind of mustelid. Probably weasels, since they don't have the ferret face mask? (Disclaimer: not a mustelid expert)
