adjusting tails -> tail alias

BUR #9869 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

remove alias tails -> tail
create alias tails -> multiple_tails
remove alias animal_tails -> tail
create alias animal_tails -> multiple_tails

Fixing these

Unsure about the tails alias due to ambiguity with both tails_(sonic) and people tagging multiple tails not attached to a single character (3 cat girls etc.).

If someone that stupid decides to abuse the system there's nothing we can do to stop them at tagging time. Note that multiple tails is ambiguous in the same way.

That is true. However, it's very easy to type "tails" fast enough to completely bypass the autocomplete when tagging the Sonic character.
