multiple braids implication

BUR #9802 has been rejected.

create implication tri_braids -> multiple_braids
create implication quad_braids -> multiple_braids

Multiple braids is three or more braids.

Gonna be honest, I'm skeptical on the utility of this tag. I see a bunch of multiple_braids twin_braids, and we don't have an equivalent of this tag for quad tails & co.
