chin_stroking utility alias

BUR #9569 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias chin_stroking -> stroking_own_chin
create alias stroking_chin -> stroking_own_chin

Because I always search for stroking_chin for some reason.

This seems to be yet another case of a tag that is a mix of things we already have tags for: hand_on_own_chin and hand_on_another's_chin, both bigger than chin stroking. It doesn't look like there's a difference in usage either.

There's overlap, but they're different. hand_on_own_chin is for any "hand on own chin" poses such as head_rest, like post #5191087, post #5238790 and post #5225823. Meanwhile, chin_stroking (barring some mistags in the first few pages of results) is for posts featuring the classic thinking pose, like post #4732970, post #4689574 and post #4667706.

Then it should be called stroking own chin, otherwise post #5241879 is also stroking of a chin.
