Can't Use Recommended Post

Excuse me.
When I open the Recommended Post. It shows 'No posts found'.
I continue input Post and Tags, but it showed the same result.
And I couldn't find how to use Recommended Post in Wiki.
Does any step I missed or mistaken. I wish I could use this function.

Also having this issue. Wondering about all the exact same things as OP, and have so far found only this thread and very little other info about the recommended posts feature in general. It seems from topic #23192 and others that it frequently breaks, but beyond that, is there a wiki or help page somewhere that describes how it should work and is intended to be used?

(Thought I'd post here rather than making a new thread since no one responded before, and if anyone responds to me OP can also be updated.)
