create implication sd_sengokuden -> sd_gundam

Merging duplicate tags for one of the SD Gundam lines and implicating it to the main tag.

Is this the series? Why are we not using the full name?

That's just one of several manga series for the Sengokuden line, which was a model line before it got any media iirc
