When I go to newly uploaded images, the 'recommended' functionality does not work. I find that going back to posts at least 2 months or older are the only posts that have this tool working as I expected.
There also isn't a wiki page on this tool, I figure I may be missing something or don't understand how it's supposed to work.
Any help or an explanation would be appreciated, thank you!
