I have had "yaoi" (among other tags) blacklisted for a while now, and I'm suddenly seeing a massive amount of yaoi posts regardless. Anyone else having this problem?
On the left side of your screen, or below the image but above the tag list if on mobile, there's a list of active blacklist tags. Did you accidentally click "Disable All"?
