So we have a twins tag with 16k posts. We also have a fraternal twins tag with 17 posts. Obviously that's not helping anyone much right now. Should we:
1. Nuke fraternal twins, on the grounds that it's clearly not doing anything for most people
2. Nuke fraternal twins but create (and populate) identical twins, on the grounds that that's more notable as a taggable concept
3. Keep (and populate) fraternal twins and create (and populate) identical twins, on the grounds that they're both notable taggable concepts
4. Ignore fraternal twins, on the grounds that if like three people are using it then like three people are using it, whatever
