Hi, so basically I'm wondering how I can get the unlimited upload feature? Is it something you can buy when you upgrade your account to premium, or is it something you just get randomly? I'm still very confused over this.

Promotions are based on consistent and high-quality contributions to the site. A high upload count with a very minimal deletion rate, a large amount of positive contributions such as good tag gardening and translations, etc. etc.
It is neither random nor paid, but manual promotions at the behest of moderators and admins. See help:users for more.
You can't buy unrestricted uploads. It's typically granted when you have about a 5%, or lower, deletion ratio and over 1000 uploads, but there's no set figure because it depends on the kind of content you're contributing. You just have to wait for a Moderator to notice your good work and for them to promote you. You're certainly on-track for this privilege, so I would suggest you simply keep up the good work!

Ohh, I get it now, that makes much more sense than what I thought. Thank you!

Emphasis on consistent. Recently there was a user who tried to fast-track their way to Builder by spamming hundreds of posts of various quality over the span of about a month, who then took to whining about "injustice" when they didn't get promoted as expected. Guess how well that worked out for them?
Moral of the story: if you're here because you earnestly want to contribute to Danbooru, then keep contributing to Danbooru, and in good time a promotion will follow. If you're only contributing because you want access to certain privileges, the moderators will not be impressed. We have no use for members whose sole motivation is to stroke their own egos.
That said, you make a reasonable effort to tag your uploads, and you've made a lot of constructive (if a bit formulaic) wiki edits, so I don't think there can be any doubt that you have good intentions. Just be patient.

Building upon this, one aspect that may be worth considering for you, vampdere, is going back and just checking past edits generally for quality control.
For instance, with your wiki edits, they have been steadily improving since you started actively making them, but some have questionable faults to them, most prominently the issue of missing Other Names (some of your worst offenders being wikis like Akasaka Masaka, as the main reason why you would make wikis for indie VTubers is explicitly to include their name in Japanese and hashtags to make it easier to tag them, or your very early wikis, like Master (Gabriel Dropout), indicating a need to check at minimum what said character(s)' tag is on Pixiv, or if they lack one, to include a description of the character's appearance to aid in identifying them; or just wikis like Crunchyroll, which are just as effective as having no wiki at all, just useless).
Similarly, with your tags, there have been times when you used or even repurposed incredibly ambiguous tags (i.e Yuyumi or Yunyun) when in those instances you should've used modifiers (Yuyumi (VTuber), Yunyun (VTuber), etc.), and even in cases when they unambiguously refer to a specific individual, including a contextual modifier aids in tagging and distinguishes it further (i.e. many of the single-name tags you've made, whether it be for solo indie VTubers or those in groups like IDConnect+). And there have been times where you weren't diligent and thorough in your tagging besides these cases.
As others noted, you are making a significant effort to properly contribute to Danbooru, but inconsistencies and faults can hamper your prospects. Being studious, diligent and thorough in that effort (whether it be uploading high-quality works, consistent edits and tagging across the board, etc.) would pay off greatly in your path to achieving not just unrestricted uploading, but becoming a Builder more generally! Going back and improving on your past contributions would be but just another sign of that.
