Add a qualifier for a character name

remove alias isako -> amasawa_yuuko
create alias isako_(dennou_coil) -> amasawa_yuuko

There was an artist entry created with name isako which is aliased to amasawa yuuko, thus a qualifier should be added.

The bulk update request #8745 (forum #204857) has been approved by @nonamethanks.

It isn't an artist entry, just an empty artist tag made by "artist:isako". So you could just add "char:isako" to any post to fix this.

The alias was pretty generic in the first place, so it needed to be changed.

It was aliased to to said tag above. You can't simply change the category, when the tag is aliased.
