A unused tag that has been assigned the description today. May be replaced with more common tags (wide-eyed, worried, ...).

How would you even replace this tag with wide-eyed? sleeping wide-eyed doesn't work, and lying wide-eyed is full of porn.

Based on the description of the tag and the available posts, without context (sleeping, lying).
In addition, the pictures do not seem to relate to sleep. More often than not, the characters appear to be worried. Those, when you just woke up and you are trying to realize something unexpected (from a dream, or heard nearby).

Maybe the tag would make sense if it was a complement to awake (waking up) with additional context.

Post count = 12. Latest post 3 year ago. Are you sure this tag will be searched for? If so, then it makes sense to cancel the BUR and check the content of the tag with other posts.
In any case, the request topic was created in order to understand the need for the tag. If the description had not been created, then I would not have paid attention to this tag.

The bulk update request #8480 (forum #203448) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
