remove implication tail_cutout -> clothing_cutout
create alias tail_cutout -> tail_through_clothes
create alias tail_slit_clothes -> tail_through_clothes
We have three different tags for the same thing. I propose tail through clothes as the main tag since the tag is for the tail itself going through clothes, not for cutouts at tail height.
Something like post #2962651 should just be tagged ass cutout, not tail cutout.
