create implication suspenders_pull -> suspenders

Made a simple wiki and adding implication.
Not sure if it's big enough of an article for a clothes pull implication too.

What's the difference between this tag and suspenders_slip?

Also, preemptive -1 to indiscriminately implicating clothes_pull. That tag is for clothing pulled down to reveal something normally kept covered, which is why we don't use it with thighhighs_pull either. The purpose of suspenders is usually not to keep anything covered.

I guess one is intentional and the other isn't.
I didn't know that was a tag in the first place though, we use "pull" with our tags much more frequently.

I figured, but thanks for your input.

It's not clear to me why suspenders pull is for both lift and pull actions, when all our other clothing pull/lift tags are separate.

I'd assume slip is for natural slipping of the suspenders while pull is for active pulling. Kind of strap slip. But then again strap_slip suspenders has a few hundred posts too. This is a mess.
