The subseries are a bit inconsistently implicated rn, some installments imply their parent (Gundam SEED/Gundam SEED Destiny) while others implicate the general Gundam tag instead. Iirc evazion was against the subseries installments implicating their parents last time I brought up some similar Gundam implications

Found it, forum #170546. The issue was that they had different casts, so it would've been harder to search specifically for the parent series. I'm looking at the fandom wikis for EXA and EXA VS however and it doesn't really look like that's the case this time around.

You're right however, the gundam implications are an absolute mess. Some series like gundam seed have half their subseries not implicated or implicating gundam instead (gundam_seed_c.e._73:_stargazer). Another one is gundam 00 vs gundam 00 a wakening of the trailblazer.

I know nothing about this copyright so someone else will have to pick up the slack to fix this tree of relationships.
