create implication noses_touching + forehead-to-forehead -> face-to-face

create implication noses_touching -> face-to-face
create implication forehead-to-forehead -> face-to-face

Similar to the heads together implication, the faces always have to be in close proximity to each other for both the above to happen.

Is face-to-face meant to be used in cases where the heads are actually pressed up against each other? Because I've always interpreted it as not for that, and in the vast majority of the tag's uses they aren't.

I don't know how you'd differentiate between "very close proximity" and "two characters noses or foreheads touching".

It would be great if the wiki actually elaborated on how it compares to the other tags and how it should be used if that's the case. But I didn't get that impression from reading the wiki, especially one of those tags is in the related section.
