I've already had the same problem with a upload. Sometimes some are ignored out of nowhere, until they are erased and the same thing keeps happening even though it has already been appealed.

Look at this, do you really think this image has a problem or does not meet the quality rules?
These questions really should be confined to topic #7934.
If every user wanting to protest a post deletion created a new forum thread for it, the forum would be so saturated with these threads as to be useless for anything else.
Like Slime said, please use topic #7934 in the future.
