Fate Nemo crew gender tagging

The short of it: Canonically some of the crew is male, some female, some ambiguous, all of it has ambiguous clothes.
Problem: Should we go on a "tag what we see" basis or more on a "tag what you know"?
Some tag it in a mix between boy, girl, and other (eg. post #4736254: 4boys 1girl 1other, post #4326685: 2boys 2girls 1other, post #4300397: 3boys 3girls...)
Others tag it as "everyone is other except Nemo", eg. post #4722756, post #4769621...
Is there any resolution that would improve searchability?

Personally, I think the crew that has actual confirmed gender should be canon tagged like we do for otoko no ko. I'd only tag 1other characters like Chevalier d'Eon or Enkidu who are canonically genderless or can change gender or such.
