Height Meassure thing alias

BUR #7611 has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

create alias height_rod -> stadiometer

Both tags are for the same thing, I guess the first one is the more technical name but it's one I doubt most users would know/check for, height rod isn't perfect but it's miles better as a name.

The name of the item is stadiometer, while from a glance at google "height rod" just seems to be used for cheap marketing, so I'd say the alias should be reversed.
