remove implication fireman's_carry -> carrying
create implication fireman's_carry -> carrying_person

Things to note:
- I'm not sure about shoulder carry and piggyback as those can easily apply to animals, but all these wikis note that they should be used for people, not animals.
- Princess carry would make up more than 90% of carrying person.
- The above BUR is just an example of what would be changed to those tags.
The solutions I'm thinking of:
- Just editing the wikis to broaden their use
- Creating a carrying animal tag or aliasing that to holding animal and separating the holding or carrying of animals and people.
