create alias nekogusa_(jojo) -> stray_cat_(jojo)
Because obscure Japanese nickname used once or twice shouldn't be the entire tag. The wiki seems to try and make a distinction that the user is Nekogusa and the stand ability is Stray Cat, but I can't find any evidence this is the case.
If this goes through I'll make the appropriate name tweaks to the wiki page.
