BUR #7341 has been rejected.
create implication hair_between_eyes -> bangs
Half of the images under solo are bangs and the other half is not and I don't really see why hair_between_eyes would not be bangs.

The bulk update request #7341 (forum #197320) has been rejected by @pronebone.
Then the other issue is that bangs are not tagged as bangs on most hair_between_eyes which needs to be gardened manually.
Would these count as hair_between_eyes?

I'd say no on all of those, the hair actually has to extend significantly below the top of the visible eyes to count (IMHO anyway). In the case of the first two, the tops of the eyes have lowered to below the bottom of the hair, but the parent image (post #4604250) has the tops of the eyes clearly above the bottom of the bangs. For post #4814751, I'd say hair over eyes, hair over one eye, or most cases of swept bangs would disqualify hair between eyes.
Also would it be a problem if I were to slap bangs on every hair_between_eyes that is bangs and not ahoge, ponytail etc.?

I'd be selective, but in 95% of cases, that'd probably be accurate.

My rule when tagging it is that it has to visibly extend below the pupils (or where they would be if they were looking straight ahead/the pupils were visible) AND come down visibly further between the eyes than any hair that falls over the eyes.
