rename heel-less_footwear -> heel-less_heels
mass update heel-less_platform_footwear -> heel-less_heels platform_footwear
These tags are extremely ambiguous as they're currently named. "Heel-less heels" is the best I can think of that makes it clear that these are heels without the heel part, so if someone can come up with a better non-ambiguous name feel free to suggest it.
heel-less footwear recently started getting tagged on stirrup legwear so the current name needs to go.
