"Odd one out" aliases

BUR #7070 has been rejected.

create alias teddy_bear -> stuffed_bear

Both of these tags stick out as shirking their tag groups' conventions, but for some reason are used in favor of said conventions. We already have a large amount of "stuffed_x" and "heart-shaped_x" tags; there's no reason for these two to be given special treatment.

Nobody says stuffed bear.

Seperate the two. I'm in support of the chocolate but not the bead.

Just like no one says yellow hair instead of blonde hair, no one says stuffed bear instead of teddy bear.
