Somewhat anatomically incorrect, but with a visual signifier of “not from breasts”, “pectoral_lactation”, or similar, could more broadly catch all not-busty depictions and avoid lumping in bosomed men/“1others”.

I'm not quite sure I understand the problem. What do you mean by

I tried googling and male lactation is definitely something that people use to call it. I don't know about calling it something else.
