I'm fine with these tags just implying horns but don't any of them fit the horned headwear or fake horns tags as well? (Trying to implicate those is probably what caused the BUR to take so long)
Do we really want hair horns to imply horns? post #4562334 or post #3943090 are some of the examples I'm thinking about that I don't think would fit.
As for the mask and helmet/headwear, those should probably imply fake horns instead.
Fiery horns should imply horns. Horned helmets/headwear/masks should imply fake horns. Hair horns shouldn't imply either.

I'm pretty sure that's how I asked for it the first time, though I did try to implicate horned headwear to helmet. Speaking of that, should we really keep them separate?
I'm gonna be honest, I'm not too keen on expanding the already amorphous blobs that are the *wear tags. If I was a new user and I was looking for horned hairbands I'd search for horned hairband, not horned_headwear hairband.
I think these tags, which started out as an excuse to avoid thinking too much about whether something was a pantyhose or thighhighs, quickly expanded beyond control to the point where now every search about them has to be two or three combos, and it's really hard to get precise results because of how diluted they are.
After some consideration I removed horned mask -> fake horns. I'll approve the rest.
horned_mask fake_horns has only one post, and looking at similar tags like fox_mask fake_animal_ears you can see there's very few results comparatively there too, either because the fake animal ears are prominent or because of false positives.
Given the lack of discussion I didn't feel confident in approving it, though it could get its own thread to discuss whether masks should have ears/horns implications.

That sounds okay.
Speaking of masks half mask doesn't imply mask as well. Should I add it to it to the BUR while we're at it?
I could also make a separate BUR for the masks if required.
