BUR #6483 has been approved by @evazion.
create alias studded_dildo -> spiked_dildo
create alias barbed_penis -> spiked_penis
create alias studded_penis -> spiked_penis
Previously requested in topic #16748 but it died there with no discussion.
I don't think it matters whether they're studs or spikes or barbs if the argument is a dildo/penis, unless we want to have six different tags for these.
It suddenly occurred to me that penile piercings and implants (like the Yakuza pearls) have a different appearance compared to the usual furry/anthro/animal *_penis, though perhaps those could instead be tagged with the corresponding *_piercing and *_implant tags. Perhaps they already are, since they don't really appear under studded penis.
