Essentially what was a pet tag for any post that seems to be in any way "inviting". Many posts tagged with it don't even have an element of "invitingness" and are just multiple_females + nude/sexually suggestive.

I've personally used this tag and quite like it. I don't think there's exactly an equivalent search to "multiple characters presenting themselves invitingly towards the viewer" without using a lot of tags in your query. If people aren't happy with the wiki definition, or how it's been used, I'd rather the former was ironed out and we gardened it, as opposed to straight out nuking it.
As a side-note, I don't think it's right to write BUR descriptions like this, unless the advantages to it passing are extremely obvious (ex. imply holding_sword -> sword). Nuking a tag with 5k+ posts should require some level of articulation. EDIT: OP has been edited.

For me, it's basically just "presenting multiple_girls". Even though I think it's supposed those two other tags, a majority of the time it's really just "2girls nude". For every post like post #4647226, which is explicitly by dialogue "which is first", you have half a dozen images like post #4667650 or post #4659172 where it's just some naked girls standing around.
It's very, very heavily over-tagged and, even were it to be gardened, seems to be more of a group favorite pool than an actual tag.

So I did a quick check and I was wrong. It was never a pool, but I was right about it being a pet tag. Of the 5049 images tagged with it, nearly 3000 of them were tagged by user #499371. It makes up nearly a 3rd of his tag changes and he started tagging them around the time he maxed out his favorite count as a user.
Digging through, nearly all my issues with this tag are caused by this one person. I'm kinda just sitting here flabbergasted and not sure what to do with this info.
Well, the easy solution would be to mass revert those edits, however it would cut down the tag's size by more than half and would surely remove correct additions too.
Otherwise I can't see anyone going through 5k posts and deciding which is correct and which is not for a tag like this, which already skirts the subjective line.

There's nothing in the tag that states it can only be used in hetero situations.
If you're not up to the task of gardening, that's on you; a nuke should not be used when it's fixable.
This tag just needs to be cleaned up.
@Maxx98: kindly don't spam take your pick on every picture of multiple girls being sexy. That's half the posts on Danbooru. Take your pick is supposed to be akin to presenting.
The bulk update request #6378 (forum #192186) has been rejected by @evazion.
I've tried to clear out some of the recent more egregious mistaggings... but may have accidentally removed a few things that shouldn't have been removed in the process. Not an easy tag to garden.
edit: undid a couple of the removals i made
edit to post: removing part that was irrelevant as it had been originally typed before bulk update was rejected.
