These '(generic adjective)_(name)' tags aren't very helpful for searching, and hardly make up a 'proper title' for the character. I'd much prefer the (last_origin) qualifiers for consistency and simplicity. On the LO wiki they're listed without the adjective, which makes things nice and easy. hirume_of_heavenly_incense, like faucre_the_evil_overlord, sounds like a proper title and begins with the character's name - which will be the thing people will be searching for.
