Neither of these two have ever sent me a message nor a warning thus it should be invalid

Comments and forum threads are valid methods of warning a user.

1. It says message, not comment or forum post
2. You have never warned me to not make a thread calling someone a dickhead
3. You have never warned me to not call mods retarded
