I assume sketchpad is to describe the same thing as sketchbook, since the former counts only 110 posts (in comparison to 1480 posts) and doesn't have a wiki to point out possible differences.
For example post #4588926 is tagged with sketchbook (holded by Klee) and post #4613472 with sketchpad (on which Raihan is drawing), while they both show the same thing.
However as it was pointed out in Discord, it might be the "sketchbooks opened like books, and sketchpads opened like notepads" way. In this case sketchpad needs a wiki telling about that difference, and both tags, proper gardening.
