Four different pet tags of a single user (forum #162663) for the exact same concept.

I do think that a useful distinction could be drawn between where the skirt/dress takes that shape by itself and where it takes that shape because it is resting on something (floor, bed etc.) or being held out in that shape in some way.

If anything I'd have the tags the other way around to that implied by the current wikis, though.

I would be fine with that, but I'm not sure if there's a good way to name the tags. To me it would feel more natural to search for circle_skirt standing/circle_skirt sitting, especially when for the specific "resting" shape there's things like bubble skirt.

I agree that there's a useful distinction but it's probably easier to tag and search for them the way nonamethanks suggested.
