create alias paws -> animal_hands

In topic #18790, several people including myself agreed that we needed a tag for animal_hands, i.e. characters with human bodies and upper arms, but with furry, scaly, or otherwise non-human hands (the paradigmatic examples being Felicia and a ton of different Monster Girl Encyclopedia characters. Everyone seemed in favour and a day went by, so I started populating animal_hands and got 2k posts in before it was pointed out to me that animal_hands overlaps way too much with paws. Going by the paws wiki, animal_hands is one of two use cases for paws, the other being paw gloves.

Problem #1: paws is actually used for a bunch of different things, as one might expect given how ambiguous the name is. The wiki is out of sync with the actual usage, which include paws on furries, Pokemon, and actual cats/dogs, on top of animal_hands and paw_gloves. This is just too many concepts to group together under one tag.

Problem #2: paws doesn't sound like the right tag for monster girls with scaly or feathery claws, but there should still be a tag for when they have non-human hands on otherwise-human bodies (e.g. Jabberwock, Ushi-Oni, post #4599396). This is a distinct, common element of character design which deserves a tag. No one will think to use paws for characters like this, because those aren't paws. Animal hands sounds much more intuitive, so it will be tagged correctly more often. We could even add a monster_hands utility alias. The various *_paws tags (cat_paws, dog_paws, etc) can serve to identify what's more typically though of as paws.

The proposed solution: alias paws to animal_hands, imply paw_gloves and the *_paws tags to animal_hands, broaden the definition of animal_hands to include paw gloves and garden out everything that doesn't fit that definition. This would mean keeping true animal_hands and paw gloves in the same tag, on the grounds that they're typically impossible to tell apart. When they're obviously gloves, paw_gloves can be added as well, and animal_hands -paw_gloves gives all the examples that aren't obviously gloves.

Further question: do we want a tag for Pokemon paws or paws on real cats, or should they just get removed on the grounds that these creatures have paws by default so there's no need to tag them? Personally I don't think we need to tag them but if there's Pokemon nerds who want a tag for this I can add when I fix paws.

I'm breaking this into its own thread because the last one was specifically about Robin (arknights) so people will skip it.

Yes. If animals don't get the tag then pokemon should not either.

paws is sporadically being used for clawed animal hands too, because frankly people don't care. dragon_girl solo paws

paws is the de-facto current tag for animal hands, which is why there's a lot of weird things in there that don't strictly follow the dictionary definition of paws as mammal feet.
