[BUR] Fullmetal Alchemist qualifiers

rename sheska -> sheska_(fma)
rename grumman -> grumman_(fma)
rename psiren -> psiren_(fma)
rename lyra -> lyra_(fma)
rename henschel -> henschel_(fma)
rename karley -> karley_(fma)
rename garfiel -> garfiel_(fma)
rename paninya -> paninya_(fma)
rename bido -> bido_(fma)
rename dolcetto -> dolcetto_(fma)
rename roa -> roa_(fma)
rename jerso -> jerso_(fma)
rename zampano -> zampano_(fma)

I first noticed that Sheska has at least 2 other names that are currently qualified ( tag search ).

Then I noticed that all of the one-name characters from Fullmetal Alchemist are split between using the qualifier or not. So this BUR standardizes all of those.

Besides those, I also saw a few other potential candidates for name changes.

1. Lieutenant Yoki

I can't see why we can't call him Yoki_(fma) and alias the current tag to that. None of the other one-name characters who also hold rank are called RANK_NAME.

2. Dr. Knox

This could be aliased to Knox_(fma). It's true that we have plenty of Dr._NAME characters, so this one might cause contention. We should still probably add a qualifier on it though.

3. Father Cornello

This could be aliased to Cornello_(fma). Similar to 2.

4. King Bradley

This could be aliased to Bradley_(fma). Similar to 2. Probably the most contentious one. Some might argue that even a qualifier is unnecessary.

5. Mrs. Bradley

No name change, but could use a qualifier.

6. Mr. Halling

This could be aliased to Halling_(fma). Similar to 2.

Others

I went by the FMA wiki, but are there any others that should be considered/included? If nothing else, I'd at least like to get the one-name characters taken care of.

Edit:

Updated

Agree about Sheska, Grumman, Lyra, Paninya, Roa, Jerso, and maybe Garfiel.
Disagree about Psiren, Henschel, Karley, Dolcetto and Zampano. Not ambiguous, and unnecesary qualifier for these characters.

Yoki and Cornello could have their names changed, but I don't think the same could be said about Dr. Knox, King Bradley, Mrs. Bradley and Mr. Halling. Its the most official/appropriate way to refer to these characters, mainly because they don't have their first names revealed. They also don't need qualifier.

+1

I distinctly remember it being insisted during the Genshin debate that we weren't going to go back and give unnecessary qualifiers to anime characters that don't need them?

I agree with most of the changes. And that generally, "one-word names" should have a qualifer, especially if it's also a real-life name (or object, or place name) with the same spelling.

But "King" is King Bradley's name. Not his title (which would be the one made infamous by a certain Bohemian corporal). Though, I'd agree that it is potentially ambiguous, because it sounds like the title "King" + a common first/last name.

Those are also one-word names shared with real-life people and some other fictional characters. Other than Dolcetto, but that's also Italian for "little dessert" (small cookies, etc.) and the name of a wine (and grape variety) and the hills around where its grapes are grown.

I'd agree that the title is sufficient for most of these, and that King Bradley kinda works for now. But King Bradley is his full name. King is his first. It's not a title. The actual title would be that F-word made infamous by that Charlie Chaplin knockoff.

Ah... please excuse my ignorance. It's been more than a decade since I've really engaged with that series. I'll update the OP and strike-out that one since it is his actual name.

I'm not going to argue qualifiers for a bunch of <20 post characters in a dead copyright. Especially when it's a three letter *_(fma) qualifier. Having to argue qualifiers for every minor character in existence is exactly what I don't want to do.
