Why can't you edit an appeal reason when you can with a flag reason?

Hit enter when trying to hit an apostrophe like a dummy and now my appeal says "Don'"

Flags were made editable fairly recently. Opened issue #4810 for appeals.

For reference it was post #4536062 and I meant to say "Don't think it got a fair shake as there's 4 poor quality votes on something that clearly isn't deserving of that. The self-upload likely biased the voting imo" or something like that
