Edit: Oh, the wiki for >:( says it's furrowed_brow closed_mouth as a variant on :(. (This is apparently incorrect and should be v-shaped; see below.)

The wiki was originally a copy of >:) but with frown and :( replacing smile and :).

The wiki for >:) was corrected later but >:( was not.

The problem with tagging furrowed_brow is that most anime characters don't have a defined one in exchange for a set of floating eyebrows. Then its up to the tagger to interpret whether the brow is furrowed or the tag reserved when it is instead defined in the artstyle.

It should imply v-shaped instead
