create implication bruised_eye -> bruise_on_face

A bruise on the eye is a bruise on the face.

I could see it being inaccurate in rare contexts if that matters. For instance, if Koishi or Satori Komeiji had their third eye bruised as some gag in a doujin

scar_across_eye doesn't currently implicate scar_on_face, and I'm not sure if this is because injuries on or around the eye should not be considered on the face, or just nobody got around to it. Either way, might be something to consider.geometry dash

That's true, I didn't consider third eyes. I guess I'll reject this for now given scar across eye.
