New invited by field

I've added a new invited_by field to the users table so that you can track the people you've invited. This isn't retroactive, however. If you want, you can list the people you've invited in this thread and I'll manually update the database.

I sent one of my invites to a new person and they did not appear in my "people you've invited" list, which is, in fact, empty.

Sorry, it was a bug. It should be fixed now.
